依视路集团收购新设备技术

    法国（2005/6/8）----依视路集团，视光界的领头羊，今天宣布已成功收购了位于美国弗吉尼亚州Charlottesville市的视光设备生产商， National Optronics公司名下的产业及其市场资产。 National Optronics公司成立于1979年，以其专业的技术为各定制车房设计并生产精良的割边设备。2004年该公司报告年营业收入约1600万美金，拥有员工120名。 National Optronics将巩固依视路集团的割边技术，尤其是应用于PC片/高折射率/大基弯镜片的割边技术的统领地位。依视路集团有意进一步在全球范围内拓展本已在美国视光行业内已颇有知名度的National Optronics公司的技术、质量及其客户服务。
